Liz W is wholeheartedly committed to delivering exceptional art, service, and quality. Liz W’s goal is to maintain and exceed client satisfaction. Only the finest quality professional grade acrylic paints and canvases are used. After the paintings are finished, an acrylic UV varnish is applied to protect them against light and dust, to increase the longevity of the painting. All images of Liz W artwork are taken with a high resolution digital camera to ensure accuracy, however please keep in mind colors may vary from monitor to monitor.

Acrylic paintings have a long life span and can be a great investment for the art connoisseur or first time art buyer. They can retain their radiance as long or longer than oil paints and are more resistant to aging.


Order Process

Please contact Liz W for order inquiries. Currently order and payment processing is done via PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to use your credit card. Your financial information is not passed through to Liz W and is kept confidential by PayPal. PayPal is always free to use, fast, and convenient for buyers. Buyers can choose to fund payments with a credit card, bank account, or other source. Upon payment, Liz W will receive an instant notification from PayPal with your payment confirmation and shipping address.


Custom Order Process

For custom artwork Liz W will personally go over your content of choice and help you choose the best design of the subject and size of the art. Liz W works with you every step of the way to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with your commissioned artwork. Prior to finalizing, Liz W will review the artwork with you for any final changes if needed. The price of a commissioned piece is based on the process above, as well as taking into account the complexity and size of the art. A 50% deposit is initially required in order to begin customized artwork. Liz W reserves the right to create or not create a piece of art based on availability of material, subject matter, errors during transaction processing, etc. In case the artwork cannot be created, a refund will be issued immediately. Feel free to contact Liz W if you are interested in creating a custom artwork!


Certificate of Authenticity

A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every piece of art, stating the details of the purchase. The certificate states the following:

  • Artwork title and dimensions
  • Artist Name (Liz W)
  • Date created
  • Medium used
  • Location created
  • Artist Signature (Liz W)


Shipping & Handling

Shipping is free on all orders anywhere in the Continental U.S.

All Liz W artwork is professionally packaged with bubble wrap and padded sheets where necessary. The artwork is then placed inside a double-wall corrugated box for added security. Fragile stickers are placed on the outside of the box. All artwork will be shipped via mail carrier of Liz W’s choice to ensure safe arrival. An Invoice and Certificate of Authenticity are included with every piece of art stating the details of the purchase. Upon receiving final payment your order will immediately be professionally packaged and shipped to your destination of choice for a speedy and safe arrival.

Damage or loss incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the mail carrier. In the event that damage does occur to your artwork, contact Liz W as soon as possible. If your artwork is damaged during shipping please retain all packaging materials and documents, as they will be needed to process the insurance claim with the shipping company. Inspect the shipping carton for holes, crushed corners. Be prepared to take digital photos of the damaged item and of all packaging materials to help expedite a claim. If the outside package looks severely damaged, if possible refuse the shipment, take pictures of the package and content to record any damage, and request the mail delivery person to note all the details.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order you must alert Liz W of a refund or cancellation request within 2 hours of submitting your order.  Any refund or cancellation requests made after 2 hours will not be processed as the art will have already been packaged and shipped out.


Return & Exchange Policy

No returns are accepted. Artwork is subject to exchange only. In order to exchange artwork you must contact Liz W within 10 business days of the purchase date to request an exchange. All returns must be shipped back to Liz W insured with tracking & delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for paying exchange shipping and insurance costs. In order to process your return the artwork must be in its original packaging and condition accompanied by the invoice and Certificate of Authenticity.

Liz W can not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders since they are created unique to the buyer.
